Monthly Women’s Circle

Our monthly Women’s Circles are typically hosted by Jenni DeLillo, SUNSTONE’s Sanctuary Mama. At times we will bring in Co-Facilitaors to share their own sacred offerings and practices with the community.

This Sanctuary container has been created to hold space for women to share, connect and engage in sacred feminine embodiment practices. There will always be a central theme that incorporates meditation, gentle movement, journaling, crystal play, music, tea infusions and more.

Monthly “Mourning Dove” Conscious Grief Circle

Grief comes in all shapes and sizes and is not only experienced through the loss of a loved one. It has many forms and many faces finding itself throughout the many different chapters of our lives. One can grieve the loss of a relationship or a loss of a job. Major life transitions can create a state of grief as well. It is also possible to grieve the loss of a connection to someone who is still alive. As life will have it with its shifts and changes, we often find ourselves grieving the different versions of ourselves as we shed.

This Conscious Grief Circle provides a healing space for individuals to come together utilizing the power of community and connection to relate, share, and heal/explore within the presence and experiences of others. To unlearn messages or misconceptions about all types of grief, and to find what works for one's self of how to cope within the ultimate shared human experience. This circle will be part of a larger series of Workshop Intensives/Events that will be hosted for more deep rooted work.

This very sacred container is being held and facilitated by Jenni DeLillo & Faith Ulsh.

Jenni DeLillo is an Ordained Interfaith Minister, Priestess of the Sacred Ancient Healing Arts, ELP (End of Life Practitioner) and Musical Artist with a focus on Feminine Embodiment Practices and Healing through Conscious Grief.

Faith Ulsh, LMHC is trained in both CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of NY. She has a private therapy practice and has also facilitated both children’s and adult’s grief and loss groups.

Together, we seek to provide a container where individuals can feel supported and safe to share in vulnerability, discuss, learn and practice coping skills, explore the mind-body connection and engage in some structured activities while healing together.
